As a charitable initiative, we have a no returns or refunds policy in place. Please read below for more information:
1. No Returns or Exchanges
Due to the nature of our business, where all proceeds from sales are donated to charity, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Once a purchase has been made, the transaction is considered final.
We highly encourage you to carefully review the artwork’s description, dimensions, and other details before completing your purchase. If you have any questions or would like additional information about a piece, please feel free to contact us at info@housecollective.com before making a decision.
2. Damaged or Defective Items
While we do not accept returns, we understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. If your artwork arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 7 days of receiving the item at info@housecollective.com with photos and a description of the issue. Your satisfaction is important to us, so we will work with you to resolve the matter and ensure the best possible outcome.

3. Donations to Charity
When you purchase art from House Collective Editions, your payment is promptly processed and donated to the charity or cause we are supporting at that time. As a result, we are unable to reverse or refund payments once they have been made, since the funds go directly to charitable organizations.
4. Exceptions to Policy
In rare and exceptional cases, where required by law or special circumstances, we may consider alternative resolutions. However, we ask for your understanding that the primary mission of our business is to support charitable giving, and all proceeds contribute to this goal.
